Description: Visitors at Giant Geyser in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming Territory. Photographer Henry Bird (H.B.) Calfee (1847-1912), began photographing Yellowstone as early as 1874. Calfee took this photograph of about 50 visitors. The large group included Wilbur Edgerton Sanders (1861-1935), a mining engineer and the son of Wilbur Fisk Sanders (1834-1905), a Montana Senator. Vintage 7x3.5 in. stereograph.
