Description: Eddie (1895-1970) and Isabelle Karst Durnam (1906-1990) working their lettuce fields with other helpers. Isabelle was Pete's step-daughter. The lettuce fields were located one and a half miles south of Karst Stage Stop. There is a sign there today that says "Durnam Meadows." Vintage 5x4 in. copy neg.
