Five genome sequences of bacterial environmental isolates from Gilkey Glacier, Juneau Icefield, Alaska

We report the genomic sequences of five environmental bacterial isolates (two Acinetobacter spp., Halpernia sp., Glaciimonas sp., and Pseudomonas sp.) from a supraglacial stream on the Gilkey Glacier, Alaska. These isolates provide resources for investigating distribution, survival, and biogeochemical cycling in cryospheric environments.
