Item Title   Greenock, Scotland - coats of arms above door Photographer   Doig, Carol M. Abstract   Emblem located above the Customs House door in Greenock, Ireland. Above the emblem is a window. The left side of the emblem is a carved horse, there is a crown on top of the emblem and a lion on the right. The emblem is blue, red and gold. This image is part of the author's research for the book "Dancing at the Rascal Fair". Note   Additional information from Carol Doig: Scotland, during Rascal Fair research. The town of Brechin was the model for Nethermuir, the fictional hometown of his young emigres.
